Tanya Canarte is originally from Queens, New York, but has lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 11 years. She has been in the mortgage industry for over 16 years and prior to becoming a Loan Originator, she held roles in processing, transaction coordinating and assisting loan originators. Tanya treats every client with respect and integrity and aims to make the loan process a truly memorable experience. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her children and family back in New York. Tanya is part of The Shawn Miller Team, a talented group of Loan Originators who closed 430 loans last year. They go above and beyond for each client to ensure that they experience excellence in lending and even work closely with a credit repair specialist.
